This category brings together international news stories obtained by the Romanian newsreel through exchanges of material with other cinema newsreels from around the world. Footage was received in raw form, and the receiving newsreel was usually allowed to edit the material to suit its own needs and add an appropriate voice-over commentary. While the soft international topics are relatively restrained, when it comes to the politics of capitalist states, the commentary added by the studio becomes clearly biased.
